Cancellation Policy:
- In case of order cancellation, please request cancellation before the product is shipped.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.
Return Policy:
- Return/Exchange is available only for selected products including Detergent and All-Purpose Cleaner.
- Return eligibility details are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
- If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
Refund Policy:
- Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
- Damaged or leaked product
- Wrong or missing item
- Expired product (if applicable)
- Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notes for Return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
- Items with opened seals, leakage, or partial usage will not be accepted.
- Products should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
- Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Return/Exchange requests raised after the return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
